Cylinder exchange policy: We exchange only Easigas, Afrox Handigas, Oryx Energies and Totalgaz cylinders, subject to matching size, acceptable cylinder condition and available stock. Cylinders from brands not listed here can be considered for refill only and will not be exchanged.

Where we deliver
We deliver across greater Johannesburg. Standard delivery fee is R50 on all cylinder sizes. Outside these areas? Message us — we do scheduled runs weekly.
Gas safety, briefly
- Check that the cylinder seal and valve are intact before use, and never use a cylinder that appears damaged or compromised.
- Keep cylinders upright, outdoors or in a ventilated space — never in a basement.
- Smell gas? Close the valve, open windows, no switches or flames, and call us immediately.
- Use the correct regulator and approved hose; installation, repair and certification work should be handled by an appropriately registered gas practitioner.

How much is delivery?
A standard R50 delivery fee is added once per refill order across our listed Johannesburg delivery areas, regardless of the number of cylinders in that order.
Can I order more than one cylinder?
Yes. Use the plus button after selecting a cylinder size to increase the quantity. Your WhatsApp or email message will automatically show the quantity and updated refill total.
What if I need a new cylinder instead of a refill?
Choose “New Cylinders,” select your preferred size and quantity, then contact us by WhatsApp or email. We will confirm current stock, filled or empty options, price and delivery.
What information should I provide for a solar quote?
Send your property type, suburb, monthly electricity usage and the essential appliances or operations you want to power. This helps us recommend a practical system and prepare a useful quotation.
